I graduated high school and obtained an associates degree while also attending EMT school as well as Real Estate. I obtained both my EMT Certification and Real Estate license in 2012. I believe my passion and love to care for people paired with my love for real estate has helped me serve clients best.

I started my career with Remax in my hometown of Grandview, Tx where I learned a lot about residential real estate as well as Farm and Ranch property sales. In 2014 I moved to brokerage I felt best suited my clients and I’s future. This allowed me to help clients and provide the best possible service to each person. During this time, I also worked within a family business running Marxman Quality Homes with my father. This allowed me to step into a GC role and learn every facet of the custom home building process. I have walked through the building process from buying the land, to working with architects, and every other step through completion and handing over keys to countless homeowners over the years. During this time I have worked closely with my father, Robbie Mayse, where we have done housing developments, built out subdivisions, as well as sold off lots. We have bought land for future developments, worked with cities on infrastructure, and finalized PD plans.

Over the last 12 years I have always strived to learn as much as I can, keep up to date with current markets, and use mentors and resources around me to always  be the best agent for my clients.

I’ve spent over a decade as a community member, realtor and home builder in Grandview, Texas. As a central Texas native, I have intimate knowledge of the area and a strong desire to make my home your own. I specialize in the area from Waco to Ft. Worth. I’ve made it my business to be a specialist in this area from residential to commercial from building homes to remodeling. During this time, I co-developed Marxman Quality Homes whereas a GC I learned every facet of the custom home building process. This extensive knowledge in the building process includes everything from buying the land, to working with architects and includes every step through completion. Nothing is more satisfying than handing over keys to countless homeowners over the years. During my time with Marxman I have done housing developments, worked with cities on infrastructure, and finalized PD agreements. I built my business on communication, dedication and transparency.
